...ng them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. Salary growth for the deserving candidates is just fantastic. However, no employer will continue or encourage a bad employee. The negative reviews are fake or from a failed employee.

Unfair treatment of employees. I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the way the company has treated me and some of my colleagues during the pandemic. As a former Relationship Manager, I have witnessed firsthand the lack of consideration and respect for the employees, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sales targets assigned for us were unattainable and illogical, given the unprecedented challenges posted by the pandemic. Despite our best efforts, most of us could not meet the targets. Rather than acknowledging the exceptional circumstances, the company terminated our employment without notice, leaving us without any means of income. Moreover, I and many of colleagues did not receive the salaries that were due to us. This has caused undue financial stress and hardship for us and our families.

This includes reviewing the sales targets to make them realistic and attainable, providing proper notice and compensation to employees in case of termination, and establishing an effective HR department that can address employee grievances in a fair and transparent manner.

I changed my profile from Sales to Customer Support for this company. Must say, I actually realized the potential and importance of this profile here. Got to interact with the most diverse and elite customers. Also, the seniors were very supportive and passionately explained the roles and responsibilities we were handed over. I am pretty sure, had I stayed longer, I had been a better Support Agent than I am now!

...sure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

...ions or meaningful support. It's as if our problems don't matter to them at all.One of the most significant issues is the consistent delay in salary payments. It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. Employees are left feeling undervalued and cheated. I would not recommend Setindiabiz to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace.

The company totally unprofessional After doing all round done everything After that They're said "there has been slight change with the maximum salary offer for the accountant here." Since we are getting candidates within the range, 25K to 30K, I am not allowed to offer beyond this much... My question is why they're mentioning package something else before interviewing
