I think for ITI and Diploma holders have good future in sesha tools.compared to engineers because engineer are getting less appreciated and less salary gets. But for learning purposes its good. You can do what your you want i mean in terms of learning. Some people are having very good knowledge of tools and Aerospace components. I think as of my knowledge sesha tools is the only company which is capable of mfg of LPT blades in less cost.its defense part and quality as well as mfg unit as very good knowledge of LPT blades and some other Blades HPTR LPCR and Impellers etc and one of the best in mfg of complicated tools with affordable cost.i rate them 4out of 5.But i think engineer are not suitable for this company. Only ITI apprentice and diploma holders are good to work in the workplace.
