Company dose not look at its profit and loses, whatever work it takes up, it completes it with utmost quality.

Dislikes

The planing in projects is not going well, project manager is less knowledge on the site , due to which unnecessary load comes on every site engineer and every site. Those who can better are not given a chance . Site engineers are evaluated on basis of what other say.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
