Most baised company. There is no hearing for any issue. Here HODs cannot be removed from their post so they work as a pathetic bureaucratic way.

The worst company I've been worked with. The culture and work life balance is worst. HR doesn't exist in this company. No job security, your line manager or HOD can fire you whenever they wanted to.

Best work culture in renewable energy sector. Job security and company's policies are fantastic.

Very poor appraisal and increments. Learning opportunities are rare and not prefer for freshers and intery level candidates.
