Nothing good in Sellryt I want to tell everyone that this is a scam and stay away from this company

...heir employees work hard for their work and they make them cry for their salary. These people never pay salary on time. Nor do they reply to emails on time. Totally all they are scammer.

Company is good for innovation and learning. I love the fact that I am a part of this team. My colleagues are cooperating and ready to collaborate everytime. Senior team is also helpful and corporating.

My experience with this company has been terrible. Their management is inefficient, and they lack proper policies or employee support. Despite their employees working hard, the company makes them struggle to receive their salaries. They never pay on time and fail to respond to emails promptly. Overall, they are complete scammers.

My friend had a terrible experience with this company. After working diligently, they were not paid their rightful dues upon leaving. DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT, THERE WQS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.

There is only one good thing about Sellryt it gives a chance to freshers to grab some experience when nobody is accepting freshers.

Dislikes

Since freshers don't have much choices Infront of them they end up surrounded by abusive, defaming and offensive senior management who don't care about number of working hours one is supposed to work. One can never expect getting paid leaves easily unless its an emergency. I got harassed before getting a paid leave to spend time with your loved ones. I was overexploited multiple times and didn't have much options available to me in the middle of the pandemic. If I have to summarize you get underpaid for the amount of work and don't get paid for overtime, very poor work life balance, affected my mental and physical health at the same time. I might sound like an ex-employee holding grudges against the company but they had put me in the position where they would pick fights with their clients instead of retaining them.
