...ny employee who is good performer is leaving they will not try to retain them. Salary is not aligned with the market. Onsite people knows mostly Italian only. Difficult to coordinate with them.

Nothing than being useless. They hire you with good variable pay and then they fire before the appraisal for the big package guys and by that time, they will have substitute for your to take care of their job. So cunning !!! Beware

Cunning folks from top management to leads. Its the culture they follow.

Even you work hard they won't provide hike ,pp and good rating.Its all based on manager.if we question also nothing will change,they will just say company policy like one person in a team need to get 0 hike and pp so we choose you,worst policy I ever heard

Permanent Work From Home Decent appraisal hike Depends on the team, you would be able to work on the latest technologies

The outdated internal framework in which more than 50% of employees working. New policies after the company became service-based. There are teams with zero testers, and the company has only less than 10 testers in total.

Good learning curve, able to build our carrier growth

Management policies updating and not intimating employees, Job security is not good, Mngment mindset is not to retain any employee if they like to depart. Appraisal methodology of Bell curve is not good practice for small companies but here following. People need to work very hard 9 to 11 hrs still recognition only in some team. Top managers need to be changed.
