Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Seion is a very good company given distributor appointment opportunities for all over Marathwada and Vidarbha and handling Vidarbha and marathvada also appointing distributor team and sales growth and given a good instant

Seion electrical is good company for develop skill and experience. I am the part of team that markets reliable, High quality products in low of cost. I get Travel in Pan India especially Hyderabad. I work here and enjoying my work.

It is a proprietor based company and the only plus point is that the product quality is excellent and the service ratio is other than that all other things are minus.

Dislikes

There are no fan models available such as Table / Pedestal / Wall & Exhaust fans making it very difficult for me to service the market. Limited models of ceiling fans only available. No prior information is given if a particular model is getting discontinued. No brand promotion activities (BTL) such as dummy fans, retailer boards and distributor boards. All decisions are taken by proprietor only and there is absolutely no power for ALL INDIA MARKETING MANAGER to whom I report directly. I am not able to answer my distributors and retailers where they trust me. Seion is a NEW BRAND which absolutely is promoted only througb face value. Other than that the company is very GOOD.
