The team working at sites put all their efforts to execute the project and take care of the services after project execution exceptionally. Training is provided only if you have completed some years serving the organization or if you guarantee on paper to serve the organization for some specific amount of time. Regarding career gowth and learning, you will get a lot to learn and experience which will be beneficial to you for future. You will learn different working cultures of different sites, their method of project execution and many more. Salary appraisal are hard to get due to internal politics of the management. But if you are fresher and need to head start your career, this company is for you if you can manage with less basic salary. Working time are flexible and one can have a good work life balance. But if you are a part of a new project, then this might not be applicable to you until the project execution is completed.

Efforts of people go waste, when the company fails to deliver the materials required to be supplied at site. Employees try their best possible way to complete the project within deadlines but fails to do so due to failing in supply of materials. Internal politics played by the management team for their own benefits is worst and the downline suffers a lot due to it.

Its very terrible experience to work with this company and there is no learning and growth opportunity there no increment and when ask about it they say if you not afford leave job. its too horrible in fact there is no travel allowance There is no job security

It was good to work there for 2 years.. benefit is that you have to work on all the systems there no matters you have worked on it before or not so it helps you to learn many systems in a very short period of time.

There was too much follow-up for everything.you have to give update daily.if you fail to do so for even 1 day they will ask for it next day.so it is a big headache there..you cannot leave your work at site it goes on till you reach at home.

Excellent, I got to learn a lot from here. The staff is also very good, my manager, engineer, co-technician, site engineer all contribute to each other, all expenses on leaving the company from the company's work. The company gives. Payment also works on time. I am very happy that I am working in this company.
