My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Its a listed company and only one thing i like in this organisation is getting salary on time.

Dislikes

Its a well known and listed company but there is loop fall in managing the company. Not a good infrastructure and facility. Way of working style is very poor.

Company kicked out me during lockdown without any information. One day morning Branch Manager informed me that i have to resign or they will terminate me. So i have to resign forcefully.

They were not serious about COVID19 at all they gave a low quality mask once and sanitizer was not of a good quality either and on the top of all guard at the main gate would check temperature and if it's high then they would suggest to wash face with cold water and then come immediately
