Soo here i want to start with points- 1. There is no growth, no career development, they promise you that they will increase your salary after training period but actually they do not. 2. I was working as a HR Recruiter, they do not tell me results of candidates who have given the interview round whether they cleared it or not, and if i ask them regularly they update me after months till then candidates get other opportunities. I don't know what internal politics they play behind it. 3. I asked them for a certificate, i need to attach it in my college but they haven't given me that also. At last i said if not job experience give me certificate of internship please but i haven't got anything. 4. I worked for the whole month and they haven't paid me salary. At the end of month they said your performance was not good will not credit you salary. You need to inform challenges to your employees in the start of month only and not at the end of month you need to implement them. I hope so you all no what to do if ever get chance to work here.
