Company is organizing sports and games for employees on monthly basis for their entertainment but actual participation is very less.

Dislikes

There always be blaming game going on. Salaries are not done on timely basis due to fund issues, average dates of salary are between 15th to 25th of next month. Might get delay as well. Management is very very poor, people sitting at top were not that compatible and those at middle and lower who are actually working were every time dis-satisfied with the management. A pathetic company to work with. Few people at top were taking undue advantage of their positions. No proper SOPs to run the business. Every time focus is to start new business instead of keep running ongoing business in good and proper way.

I have take good knowledge in Transstadia there is batter Enviornmnet, management Team is good That reason I like Transstadia.

It's a Good location for work , batter Enviornmnet and good Salary but I am not happy here And I also want change my Job location.

You can be terminated any day without reason. You will be given all work, not pertaining to your work profile. Toxic work culture. Every one is told wrong things about others. Fake complaints are made so as to terminate anyone on that basis anytime.

Promoters help needy lower staff by providing them job security ignoring their contribution. Promoters are genuine & never cheat clients

Dislikes

Lack of delegation, respect. Most top level employees get humiliated. Poor work life balance
