Management is worse, Salary delayed everything month, they will try to deduct ur salary by giving u some lame excuses and if u achieve ur Target still they will try to deduct some of the amount from ur salary,Every Morning manager takes meeting and scold everyone in her team, Nothing to Learn here,and timings are worst they says this is an 9hrs job but in real evryone is spending 11hrs in the office

Firstly salary is always delayed by month and there is no feeling of Job Security. Dirty activities carried in the organization with female employees by top management people. So ladies beware of this organization

They have not supported they just called and said company is not in position to give you salary so please search and join another company.

While working I have never ever got salary on time after working 2months I was getting salary for 1month only.

Worst company I had ever seen in my currier, the old employee from 5-6 years has got one team management position that means they will spoil employees currier as per their wish. TL will never train you and help you to grow and go beyond them, worst management I had ever seen. I had spoiled my one year because of one reporting manager (They are not worth to take their name also ) My hard work was waste I use to work at home after office hours to make things smooth, but at the end it was not count. There is only one department in that company which will spoil your currier and that department is related BANK. I don't want to spoil company name because of such down market people who are lying their eggs in one place showing two faces to the owner. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST QUESTION YOU WILL ASKED AFTER JOINING IS ARE YOU WILLING TO CONTINUE. That means even company management is also not confident whether employee will stay in that company. I am sorry for the Owner of Screenfacts services Pvt Ltd. Company name is getting spoiled because of such people in the company, owner should throw out such people.
