Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

No job security You always feel you are in notice period Manager will terminate you to save his own job for money Very much unprofessional culture . HR GM SANTANU BHAVE AND GM RAMSURAT and your department HOD Will terminate you at any moment And they hire only people for some months Company culture is very bad Work culture and machine are like very much old like feel what we are doing hell They don't want to spend single money in machine infrastructure or training They will hire people and giving stress then fire Owner Jay sheth is also not modern or professional person so be careful.
