I could not find any disliking experience during my tenure spanning 3 decades in the company.

If someone wants to join in suntara or scion please don't take as I taken after seen these reviews so please don't join you will spoil your own life Don't see always money After someday they will terminate you without notice.

No job security You always feel you are in notice period Manager will terminate you to save his own job for money Very much unprofessional culture . HR GM SANTANU BHAVE AND GM RAMSURAT and your department HOD Will terminate you at any moment And they hire only people for some months Company culture is very bad Work culture and machine are like very much old like feel what we are doing hell They don't want to spend single money in machine infrastructure or training They will hire people and giving stress then fire Owner Jay sheth is also not modern or professional person so be careful.

Work pressure is there that is part of Job. As they are paying hight they will expect the hight returns as well. It's not new corporate world. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Best environment to work and best company to work as i ma working this organization last 30 years .Good experience developed here and learned .many things. No pressure etc and totally friendly and help full environment

Lot of new development with short times , and also complexity to remember products details and requirement .

I feel more comfortable, in control and more supported working in Scion. The Employer genuinely cares for our growth , both professionally & personally. I have been in the organization for years, and the management and colleagues trust & respect each other and have a shared commitment to both individual and company work.
