New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Good working environment and teammates are supportive along with the Team leaders.

Dislikes

Salary is low and also career growth is very less. There is no job guarantee. Management doesn't resolves the issue regarding work in time. And also pressure on the employee is very high very from the beginning.

Our organization is supporting the employees with work from home opprtunity but they are not providing salary for the work from home employees and our organization has been closed on march 19th 2020 untill now they did not opned the organisation since others are opened and taking the safety precautions.

Need to have good rapport with the team by the team leader, because all the task will be done and the support needed from the team leader itself .If this is going well, staff will not definitely get disturbed.
