1.Work life balance 2.Work culture is worst , working in MNC people used to think about a good culture but unfortunately in this MNC nothing is like MNC culture . 3.Career growth is very slow irrespective of your performance, only matters your relationship with your BOSS. 4.There is no any Holiday sunday ,in the night, morning every time you have to work irrespective of office timings.

Here only support Tamil people ,here only good position or special increment given only for tamil people and bengal girls side more perciality .More hard working and more production given after star performance only given tamil people side it's very bad to me .
