0 Job security No work life Work does not matter Insightful data matter HR never considered Indian staff as a Human everyone is suffering n looking for new opportunities. People are getting mentally torture because they dont know when they will get disciplinery Email. It was my biggest mistake that i have joined this company. I Suggest everyone that never ever come to Scanning Pens if you expecting for good culture.

Likes

The work culture is nice. Bosses are supportive most of the times and as it's a 5 Day work week, the work life balance is good. Attrition levels are low. There's lot of knowledge and best practices sharing within the company across different geographies. Overall, a good place to work.

Dislikes

I have completed 2 years a few months ago and I must say, they have employee friendly policies in place. Appraisals though is one area, that needs to be worked upon.
