The company being a startup thinks like a big company. The process and policies are always aiming to be the big company. Their culture is the best thing. They aim to be as human as possible. A company of this size, could not afford such a culture. I have been working from 3 years and pretty much happy.

Dislikes

Expectations of management from every team member is quite a lot and sometimes this create pressure.

I have a great working experience at ScaleupAlly, Being a part of this IT Company has allowed me build a lot of valuable skills and the support of manager has been amazing The office culture is very friendly and encouraging making a great work place to work one of the best thing our founder are approachable, they are very helpful person and understand the employees problem. They are available anytime for help.

Overall really good experience Everything is great management, seniors are really very approachable. Especially Tarsem sir is really great

Need to work on the appraisals and benefits for those employees who work really hard and need to have some kind od appreciation for those who have been working for so long and hard

Work culture was good, colleagues were good, there were celebrations offen, their work was structured with latest technology, employees were technically sound and good, salary was always paid on time

Dislikes

There was complete nepotism in this organization, if you are liked by your team leader your job is secure if not then you will be kicked out like a shit, even if you put your heart and soul into your work, cloud team is ruled by only person, he himself lacks leadership skill and kicks people out of job, they lack proper project planning and puts all the blame on the employee.. There is no appraisal in this organization.
