Job Security perhaps not applicable in any Law Firm however this firm is very peculiar and frequently changes policies which creates abruption while working as an Advocate. The word Management has a wider definition , volatile, whimsical Management indeed. There are no specific Company Policies, whenever one do join welcomed with a higher ambition but gradually the charm diminishes.

Dislikes

Teammates what I worked with are good, understanding, liberal. No Job Security, magnificent career growth from procuring/ grooming your abilities point of view. Salary/ Appraisal are very stagnant and very low. No travel as such. Very few number of employees are working so office politics should not be indulged at all however within the Non-Advocates there are politics which render unhealthy environment to work sometime, learning scope are immense, work environment moderate, innovation are there as you get various matters to dealt with but no liberty to get appreciation after doing the work. Work-life balance are depend on you.
