...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees

Only salary is good nothing else is good for electrical engineer. This company is good for civil engineer and IT engineer.

The work culture and the public dealing pressure along with seniors pressure cant be handled easily. You have to give your everything and sacrifice your personal life and holidays and weekends to work their and you have to beg to seniors for leave.

There is lot of chances of learn good practical knowledge and hand on experience so in electrical engineering this is best place for gain knowledge and experience .at this company good management and really I like culture of work profile .
