Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

People are working here for so many years... Some penalty system is working here which i dont like. Company policies are better. Low expense policy for field staff. Incentive scheme is much lower than market

Salary is decent but growth is slow, Company doesn’t want to spend much money on a underdeveloped area...you have to make it happen by your skills only. 6 days working is also a frustrating thing.
