Company is not giving much hike in salary for Operations team specially off roll employees and there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Even we don't get our mandatory leaves for our personal work. Career growth is very slow. Training is not given to any new joinees.

Work pressure is very high and no off roll growth same work done by off roll by hike is lleno compensation I am working night to night manager do not value an individual.i do not receive appreciate ion email phone my client ifa bankers,but the mostly go un noticed during my mid year appraisals.

...good company to work. As usual salary increment will be low and promotions also. But here the job security is high and it's ok to work here for long but at the cost of low salary.

Appraisal, employee recognition, Salary, respect as an old loyal employee not there. People recruits new freshers with higher package than there old loyal employee which demotivates more and hurts as well.

The work culture is good,but the salary increament and promotion opportunity is very bad, although the work pressure is also less as compared to the privet sector,and in most cases you don't have to directly sale product to the client,as the bank officials do the work.
