Apart from other teams sympathizing with you, there is nothing worth it in this place. If you want to survive without issues make sure you come with a reference. If you are a person who won't butter the seniors even if they are being unreasonable and can be happy even if others make fun of you and if you think you don't need to be like a fish market and just work bcoz your work will speak for you, never join this place its typical SBI, unless you are old and don't want to work and just survive doing the bare minimum and licking the bosses boots this is the place for you.

Dislikes

everything, if you are not a Bose is always right even if the Bose is stupid, you will suffer greatly, the HRs are so not there to even provide 10% help to employees. I suffer for a year had to work without confirmation and no benefits all because I don't show my face to the head of our dept. 6 times a day and say good morning and good evening ma'am I am leaving for the day or I will not be coming tomorrow maam coz xyz reason, despite the fact I literay have no work with the HOD and my immediate reporting manager is updated yet the all coz I wasnt able to satisfy the ego of the HOD had to be exploited with less salary and no confirmtion for a year.

Management is looking to grow with fast pace In this financial year they are targeting to reach 10 lakh crore AUM...with that view they working and making us working which is the good thing

Nothing particular dislikes. But one thing I would like to say is when Boss is Good every thing will be good in this job but when superior is the person whom we cant bear job will be terrible thing. In that sense im the lucky one to have sportive person's.
