Remote location, more travelling time, food is very bad, HR policies, job security is less if you make a mistake they will fire you.

...cially it's site management. V.P. of company is non technical and brainless man. Unwanted salary deduction without instruction. Partiality is too much.

Salary is on time, Management is ready to use standard equipment and latest technology, Much more scope of learning but yes you have to be transparent if did any mistakes, Good bachelors accommodation facility

Remote location, Some basic staff facility like quality of food, staff bus, walfare policies have much scope of improvement, Some mismanagement between site and HO, MD is energetic and ready to respond any time but he does not aware about some limitations of site and minor ground reality

They can deduct your salary any time as they want just recently they deducted half of the salary and didn't count any cl or pl and c off in April month the management system says it's due to low man power while they have to manage the man power that's why the management department stood at first place

Only one thing i like the most in this company was Salary credited in time.

...ork of employee after put up of resignation. No recognition lots of discomforts. Till date they have not released my salary after putting resignation as well as no relieving letter being given to me. 9 hrs working and 5 hrs transportation equal to 14 hrs of duty in a day. Also most of my seniors have been forced to put resignation which means there is no job security here.
