The job Profile is good.

The compensation is very bad. Most of the days, I have to work for more than 11 hours a day and we have to work even on weekends and public Holidays. Moreover, we don't get any extra pqy on working on weekends and holidays. We get comp off for working on those holidays, which lasts for 90 days. The comp off gets wasted since we don't get the chance to use that. Moreover, the working hours is 9 hours and 45 minutes. If we stay below that, we het half day. The smartphone is not allowed. There is swipe data which shows how much time we stayed inside office. No transport allowance, the salary increment is very less. They made my joining late by 1 year. They are just playing with the career of the fresh graduates.

... balance is good , *Minimum Appraisal they will give , *employee recognition *10% variable pay . Dam sure you will get 10% variable pay for every 3 months , *Trainings will provide .

Job is definitely secure. Ontime salary.

Dislikes

There is no career growth and no salary hikes will be there even after 2 years. Managers will make you to work even on weekends without any allowance and comp-offs.

In Salary structure & the package agreed includes the group insurance cost , which in general will be provided as a benefit. As a fair practice need to be disclosed before coming to a number agreement.
