Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

No work balance and you have to work for the company seniors pending work which they have make important and no suggestions only buttering. You are good in buttery you can survive otherwise you wil get all work load of teams which is total time waste works not releated to company

No appraisal for working persons only good salary appraisal for dumb people who are good in butterlicking. They will use you until your work is done afterwords they will fire you without any reasons and please don't give and original documents they will not give to you and lazy HR deptt only for gossips

First thing their concept and model itself is stupid , and they expect to achieve targets beyond imagination. And they keep hold of their employee salaries right from second month of joining irrespective of your performance. They have fired more than 20 people from different states in less than 3 months from the they started.
