... Educational Trust is good organization in term of work culture and environment. It's also good in term of salary package but late coming salary is sow of dissatisfactory. Work is satisfactory here.

No Work ethics, unnecessary pressure from higher management, encourage maintaining fake students' data so that they can show it to their funders, toxic work culture- they have camera at each centre and would keep calling you even if you take 5mins break or enjoying some time with your team

Tele calling base job and pressure of Target and not genuine work at ground level only show off on the paper and provide very low travel allowance.

Dislikes

Feedback off ground level disable person they not got job after training and no got proper response office side after training.
