If you are reading this then don't ever work here...they do not give salary of three months and also they don't pay the amount as per the appointment letter. They deduct 2-3 thousands every month...they also tell their old employees not to disclose their secrets with the newer ones..... please don't work here

Likes

Timings are 9:30 to 5:30 which is less compared to other private jobs. Met some of the best colleagues here and our friendship will last for a long time.

I'm gonna start things off with salary. You will not get salary on time every month. Also, they hold your one month salary so you're bound to work with them for atleast 2 months or your one month salary will be forfeited. Management of work is poor. Even after 2-3 months I don't know what my exact roles and responsibilities are as an accountant over here. Whatever work you'll do, whenever it's time for reporting they'll say it's a 5 minutes work even though you took an entire day to complete that job. Keeping things simple, management don't value your hard work. Whatever work you'll do they'll say it was a 5 minute job and accuse you that you were sitting idle this whole time.

They dont give appointment letter to the people and they make their own rules.

They have not given any Appointment letter and I am working since last 3 months. Also I have just received 1 month salary while I have worked for 3 months
