My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

A) Duty is 9 hrs. B) Only day shift. C) Sunday is off.

Dislikes

1) Salary is thinking out of hope. 2) Salary not paid timely. 3) PF and ESI not available. 4) You can't expect a good salary here. 5) No yearly promotion. 6) You have to work in every department. No designation available. There is no value of your education.

1) Duty time is 9hrs for every workers. 2) Only day shift. 3) It's a food factory. So, everywhere cleanliness maintain.

Dislikes

1) You can't expect a good salary here. 2) Your payment not proceed at timely. 3) There is no particular designation, you have to work any department where you've to tell. 4) There is no PF and ESI benefit. In my opinion, it's not a good place to work. Please don't join this company.
