Initiative of higher management for Employee Learning is a good initiative at Sara. But the process followed is not appropriate.

Dislikes

Sara is a worst pay masters. They are harassing the employees. Employees are considered as their servants and forced to worked for 10 long hours from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. They are not giving Earned leaves, they are not paying gratuities, no bonuses. Not giving full dues to their employees when he/she leave the company. Above all they are the one who have appointed one employee for taking GOOD GOOGLE REVIEWS from their existing employees. So, all are requested to check the company before signing in as the reviews here were all taken under pressure from existing employees.

Salary based Work, no bonus as. LTD com. Only 500 to 800 per year, No Canteen benifit you can't use Microwave oven, gas stove, only for Director, HR say you in our company great increment and 4 increments in a year, but this is only for Chit Chat and nothing. Go if you want to handle Pressure.

...egular basis and on some days it was longer than 12 hours. no facilities at all. My pay even after being a technical graduate was less than 10 k CTC. job security was poor and I have seen people being sacked without even being given a notice period.

Few seniors are good learn a lot from them

They don't provide PF and ESI to the employee even if your salary is less than 15k, no office timings mean u have to come b4 10 but no fixed time for leave. Poor HR and ER department

Being at Sara was an experience for me..good team..good management and friendly and competitive environment gave me strength and positive attitude..here I got opportunity to meet various buyers and buying agency which helps my confidence..overall it's a good company to work with..

Nothing as such which I dislike in Sara other than average salary.
