...all the companies I have worked in, there is no worse company than this company. The salary is not on time, the manager does not support and just always threatens to leave the job. You have to work in the morning after traveling in the train all night, the manager doesn't matter whether you get your salary and TA or not.

Job Security, however if people will take this this as an advantage and stop performing - there will be no progress.

Dislikes

Efforts and hard work doesn't count. You put 12 hrs a day to streamline and transition a process - still end up at temhe receiving end.

The management policy is not good for employees. Some people behave like owners. Even after 4 years, there have been no promotions, and the yearly growth is only a maximum of 5%. I have received a 4-star rating every year

Having some sort of healthy competition between one employee and another for doing work.

Dislikes

I feel that my contributions and hard work are not being fully recognized, and I am concerned that there haven't been opportunities for growth or promotion within the company. I would appreciate the chance to discuss how I can better align my efforts with the company's goals and explore possibilities for career advancement.

It was a good experience working with Sar Group that they provide each and everything for the employment

Sar group is a huge group but I was working with Livguard Drivetrain Pvt Ltd which I felt was not good enough to grow
