Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Only thing I liked here was that I left this company as soon as possible

...t, bad rooms allotted to staff, bad cook, rude and corrupt employees all around. They only transfer salary to state bank of india account any other bank account you are having then they will pay in cash you can guess why. And if you leave this company they won't pay your salary as they did in my case and also in many other ex employee case. No matter how many times you text them email them or contact them they won't pay your salary they will just give you false hope that they will but they won't. Most corrupt company in regards to their work culture. Don't join if you want to work and improve your career if you just want a place where there is no growth or life and you love to work Sunday too and don't love your life then this is the company to be in.
