There is nothing to like except salary is on time.

There are many to dislike. Salary is on line count and is not fixed except for management. No allowance, increments, insurance, etc. though mentioned in job. No job leave policy. Have to depend on management to get jobs thus losing time and money. Maybe system is being monitored with constant technical problems and threat to privacy and security. Penalty rate for small error, Rs 1000 for 1 error, not seen anywhere. Each month emails will come to all about quality (even those with good quality and to those not in company), just as threat mail, making no job security. Not at all recommended for Home based. Only recommended for those who has no other options.

No job security, no response. They have HR, quality manager production manager, they have money to give salary to all these people, but they just don't have work for production people, strange but fact

Very unprofessional, unethical, and impolite, disrespectful, uncivilized people work as production managers there, who can humiliate to the worse. If u are ready to take such things u can work there.

Horrible bad experience here. The lady, Chandra, here is very bad. I joined as an Editor here. Any company gives you at least 1 month to adjust and get used to the new platform. These people expected me to work wonders from my 4 or 5th day of joining and kept complaining about my quality (NO TIME GIVEN TO ME TO GET USED TO NEW ACCOUNTS). i have a 15+ year experience in this field and have worked with most of the major companies in this field with no quality complaints against me. They then demoted me to an MT (without giving me time to adjust) saying company cannot afford to keep me. So I had to quit this horrible company.

All I have said above repeat here. Very strict time.. u have to finish by 5 pm. By 5:30 if you dont finish your target, their head will call you asking why still not finished.

Excellent teammates, feels 100% job security, already grown in the career, hence stability is well defined, as per the company structure, getting good package, No internal and external politics, each day is a learning process, excellent work environment and excellent work-life balance.
