The only good thing in this firm is coming on time & leaving on time i.e. 10 am to 7 pm. That's it

... the Partners are more focused towards disrespecting you than provide learnings. The salary is very low & they think they own you even after paying peanuts. THIRDLY, the employees and articles are not at all cooperative/supportive in any manner. Instead they try to put you down in front of partners specially one 6 year old employee and 1 article they're the worst. Please don't join this firm as an employee/article if you want to learn & live a peaceful work life. They'll talk and promise all big things in interview but actually the firm does not value good & hardworking candidates. Also the firm has a poor clientele and way of working, so join only if you want to ruin your mental health, work life & career.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. They have latest technological equipment which is not generally seen in a mid size CA Firm. Along with office work one can easily increase their knowledge through daily 2way discussion between Partners and staff. They have a strict rule for coming on time, on time lunch and work only till your office time not a single minute extra you have to work. If a person sincerely works there he'll be a master in Accounting & Taxation (IT and other statutory taxes like VAT, GST) work within a year. After that he can easily get a handsome package job in any company. Teammates were very nice and of helping nature.

Dislikes

Their is no scope for career growth within company. No proper appraisal.
