Non competent and unqualified doctor's for their speciality ..some doctors are excellent in their work..but they are only 1 or 2... Otherwise rest are not qualified and competent....trained staff are very less mostly trainee are working... management is worst ...workculture is very slow...

This Hospital is open to help rural based population in Eighties, there is lot of scope to grow, I am a part of Administration, I get satisfaction to work for poor people. Also organization provides Medical education(Nursing paramedical and technical) for children of the this remote area, and now these pass out students are working in all over India.
