I love to working in Sandhar technology I feel happy i lurn so many things in it in technical, cutlurs teammates and company policies are good good salary and bonus every year

Management doesn't adress our issues thair is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign

Everything you can think of. Joining this is like invitation to lifetime trauma. They will ask you to come on sundays and if you dont they will cut your salary. In the morning if there is power cut, they will not let you come inside so to not give you salary as machines are off and you cant give them any output. Am and dm are illiterate they can slap you and will tell you to meet them outside if you raise any issue against them. Do not join they are not even giving market rate. Stay away from that plant.

...ollowing. No work life balance, no one teach any thing no sport for your work . Salary hike and promotion only given some people who are doing only poltics.

...es not clear dues, during covid paid sales staff as per percentage achievement. Did not allow WFH during second wave of covid, or else salary cut.
