The worst experience I have ever had in this school. No proper staff for classes. The owner and her wife will take care of all the department works. They would not let anyone to do their work properly. This is a CBSE School, but they do not follow CBSE norms. Teachers are not qualified. When inspection comes, they will bribe the officers and get permission/affiliation.

Likes

Working at Sana is a whole lot of delight. We get paid fairly, we receive fair benefits as well. Happy to work for Sana Model School.

As we have in every workplace. Intrigues play a predominant role. We expect pretty more hike in salary

Teammates are not supportive and the management should be firm about the decisions taken for the welfare of the school reputation, show little courtesy on dedicated working staffs, and on their works.

Excellent principal. Very warm atmosphere and provided learning ground not only to students but superb exposure even to the teachers. Work timings are convenient. Management ensures good care and nurturing of the employs. On job training is given. Excellent infrastructure and modern amenities. Co teachers are co operative and share a spirit of team work. Work life balance can be done easily here.

Sometimes work is scheduled out of schedule but targets are acheived.

My overall experience is, I had a family environment working together with my colleagues.lots of training session attented helped in building my career.satisfied and very comfortable working in sana.excellent management very humble and kind hearted principal.I love working in my family of sana group.
