Hr and managers didn't give proper response. They told us while joining you have to done 60 days free internship aster 60 days we will hire you as permanent employee but after work of 47 days( after free internship of 60 days) they didn't send offer later to me and 2 others trainee as well as they didn't pay me a single rupee.

Dislikes

The company is completely run by what the owner daydreams about. They have no vision, no realistic ideas, no environment. They just want to earn money and do not care about their employees as well as their clients. The projects have no logic and runs completely on what makes the owner happy. There is no promotion policy and if you ask for appraisal the HR will avoid you for 2 months atleast. All the projects always remain on hold. Also there is no opportunities and learning. The company can only give learning opportunity to a fresher and even a fresher will feel saturated after 4-5 months.
