Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Job security is there.

Dislikes

Poor work culture, less pay ,No PF, There is no employee benefit, you have to bring your own laptop to work there, company will not provide you any laptop, if you ask for financial help to buy laptop for company works ,they will provide you fund on loans with higher interest. Monday to Saturday we have to work all the year, even in Sunday.
