One of the worst companies i have worked with, they hire people as the need be and fire them once their client is lost, have seen many such instances where colleagues were fired for no reason and that too without pay. Dont ever think of joining them, their office is like a Kabad Khana and donno when they will close it and run off.

The owner is so down to earth having no ego at all. The working environment is good with no back-biting. A good earning opportunity for a person who minds with his/her own work can earn a good amount, flexible working hours, good accounts and clients.

Office should be within metro line and easily approachable.

Overall, it's a good company to work with. We are able to balance our personal life with professional life easily. Salaries are based on our work quality and quantity we are producing. Overall, satisfied.

Salaries should be on timely basis, except that I do not find any other reason.

Third class company. There is absolutely almost no rule that a company should have. No manners, no help. Join if you have plenty of time to waste and no need of money at all....Will not get a single penny.

There is nothing such to be liked. Samtech is a terrible company to work. There is no job security. All work on line count and there is no minimum assurance of work available. So it is very hard to survive in such a situation. Moreover there is also over-staffing of staff, so work availability is low.

Dislikes

As mentioned above, no job security, no minimum work availability. You get salaries credited after 2 months, no fixed date.
