My advise to everyone that don't join this group on any circumstances. Complete nonsensical CMD and HR.. Terrible mismanaged and disorganized company. Year on year loss making, willing avoiding compliance, loads of litigation and tax demands, all Compliances pending, no job security,

Don't join this group. They willingly forfeited the salary, poor growth prospect, complete nonsense and uneducated CMD and HR, Complete absence of compliance and governance, huge tax demand pending, possibility of winding up in near future, tax evasion and loss year on year basis,

This office totally run by paramita Das,she call herself HOD & Hr of the company but she doesn't have qualification & Hr operation,as per her desire she will pay your salary otherwise without any reason you won't get your salary,you perform at your best you will work hard but you won't get salary,it their wish to pay you, if you by mistake got job their please be cautious from 3 people those are informer of her, front desk, account data entry person, office assistant mostly these two account data entry person & office assistant are very y old - near to them,basically they don't have basic knowledge how to run office & business,PF is not equally eligible for all only for her liking persons,they didn't give salaries most of the employees who are bound to left,they treat human as human with respects because they have lots of money they are elite class , employees tenure her for 3 month to 7 months max to max so think before you join

Since I joined the company have learnt a lot, Saltee is the platform you can mark your own signature you can build yourself in real-estate industry, not only that Saltee always give respect to genuine talent. Very much happy to be a part of this organization.
