Good work life balance but no good work to do as per your skills. On time salary That's it.

There are hardly any projects in the company in data analytics department. They keep fighting for money from the clients. There is proper roadmap for any project No proper training.No skilled trainers The head of data department will show off in interview call about the world class training they have whereas it isn't there at all. The company is so poor they they don't use teams for communication but Skype and it's pathetic.Using duplicate Microsoft softwares like outlook. I had to leave as my project was heading nowhere. They are always more dependent on onsite consultants in UK where most of the clients are. They keep asking to do azure certifications but there are no projects for the same skills.Whats the point of that?

Only one +ve thing is they offer you good package during Joining ...... But we are not aware tht ...............we are Trapped !!! Yes, wht u jst read it... is correct !!! Thts the specialty of Saksoft Recruitment team under the guidance of Sri....

...------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My sincere conclusion is - if you have talent and just you want to increase ur salary and leave the company in 1yr then Saksoft is apt for that. But risk ur life during this Covid situation !!! If u still want to join the company just ignoring my review - One day you will end up writing reviews like me of sure with a chilled beer next to me .... ;-)

Yes , Job security is zero, i can see terrible. During pandemic they asked me to resign though i was billable.And consider 1 month NP on project only such that they dont want loose money for another extra month after resource out from project and come to bench. Smart Business. They wont think about employees. Even if no medical leaves , you have to go under LOP. not a single day of medical leaves. insurance also very less.

SAKSOFT is a very cultured organization. They give values to their employees. Most important thing is no dirty politics is here. Enjoy work and Life together. Good Management.

It is service based. SOW is created for every employee to work for the client. Once SOW is expired, you will be sitting idle but there would not be any salary deduction.

Worked at client location. Management is very supportive. Compensation is good. Fair treatment of employees. Even though Work load is high at client location employees will be recognized for their work.

Dislikes

Work life balance at client location will be bit difficult sometimes( In case of challenging project).
