I felt prestigious to work at Sakal. As a Sakal employee I got lot of respect from socity. Sakal has a very good hardworking culture, where I learnt discipline and good work culture, which is still helpful for me at my today's work place. There should be a right scope, right salary, right respect for right employee.

...s hardly any job security with Sakal due to their strategy, so as career growth. Salary, work environment and work-life balance were excellent. However, there was hardly any scope for innovation.

The strategy of the management led to the destruction of the magazine which we dreamt of.

The Unit Manager was rude with newcomers. The Chief Manager HR was too noisy and never gave proper directions to work. Job security. Targeting Probationary Employees

HR policies , salary is uncertain as there is no idea of when the policy will change, growth is very slow, and appraisal cycle is uncertain
