The work culture is not advanced. The GM of Accounts don't know how to keep the Book of Accounts Neat and clean. No unity in Accounts Department each and every employee in accounts Department having too much attitude even though the team of Accounts is not well updated about the work. The Manager of Accounts is such like a illiterate. Very Third class work cultures that is the reason I left the Job within in 6 Months.In short Not to like

1.Due to panjabi minority uneducated chaiwala is now production manager he don't know to distinguish between engineers & technicians ,how to talk & more, 2. Safty policies are on paper only no implementation 3. No Quality standard. Technical head of company is bypassing quality standards 4.Not for professionals . Don't come professionals 5.You will be treated as slavery. 6. Senior don't have fluent knowledge about motors even they are working with more than 10 years.
