Main owners never worked in any company they got their business from father so understanding of JOB Value is not at all can be expected from Them, they only knows by doing small small POLITICS they are going to RUN the COMPANY thats not a good sign for COmpany in future, I seen such small small thing later became BIG And Again Owner's ANGER not tolerable i Given performance from moring 11AM TO 9:30-10PM DAILY, JUST TO TAKE WORK THEY SPEAK VERY SWEET LATER again POLITICS Which after working so Many hours with PRODUCTIVITY you can Not tolerate it.
