Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

1. This company is not ethical in doing promotion and hiring, they can hire 18 years of experience person as Sr Engineer because his previous pay was low and can hire 11 years of experience person as Manager because his was getting more. 2. Never seen such bizarre process in any India company so far, hardworking professionals are treated like labour only who never get paid well. 3. Stay away from SailPoint, culture is worst than service based companies

They take you outside for some 1000 rupees adventure park, and then you may think they are great.

Dislikes

No increament. Manager plays game with you. Few people think like God. Indian management is involved in pressursing employees. You may end up working weekends.
