Nothing. I worked here only for 3 months. It is a Gujrat based company and owner is Gujrati. He looks each employees as servant and shouted over them. He is very unprofessional and cheap person. They created lot of problems for me during 3 months period. They provided me Noida location first after that they said to me to move to Gujrat that was impossible for me so I decided to resign from job without getting any job. You can join this company at your own risk. I will not recommend to anyone.

The worst company that i have ever joined. Left company with in 2 months without getting any job. They also did not provide me any relieving letter.

Had amazing work culture and flexibility, management was kind and responsive no bureaucracy and company policies were good. Overall a good company to work in.

As a small size company with team in USA and india sometimes the working hours are long.

Sailfin is one of the biggest company in Surat regiin, here you can Learning different technologies like Java. Net and mainly Salesforce, Good working environment, company provide individual insurance, Give training on different different technologies, give reimbursement for successful completion of certifications, overall nice company.

The teammates and management are awesome ... Always a free environment ... Easy access to higher authorities... Transparent structure..

Dislikes

The appraisal policies are not yet transparent which is gradually improving. Otherwise the company is pretty good to work with - comes From someone who has spent more than 5 years with sftpl.

If you are thinking to join this company pls don't make such decision. They will screw your entire life. They do not follow any corporate culture. Such a worst place I have ever worked.
