...her ups are fair and transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. Salary and perquisites are good. PRP is also as per recommendation of guidelines of SAIL.

Dislikes

There is lot of interference from unions and local politicians. Career growth is slow. On site training is not given to the new joiners.
