Bosses act like they are GOD, They are not leaders. They compare you with your coligues and never appreciate your work. Always make you feel like they are doing fever to you and no work life balance. No appraisal. Your boss will always look at you with a very suspesipus way.

Salary depends upon ur previous company salary.. If previous was good ur current salay hike in sai will be less. And if u are low paid earlier than this company will also pay u less

...no politics at all. All the team membere were friendly. Seniors were supportive. Even During Covid Salary was on time and not a single time salary was hold down or cut down
