New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They supported me in the following ways: - they cut down half of salary from 5 months. They cancelled all the leave balances and privilege leave balance. they are even supporting by not promoting me in job neither they are giving any increment. this helps me a lot in getting poorer month by month. Even the performance of mine is outstanding but they only consider the references of high position managers for promotion. this helps people like me not to be promoted.

I like the work, However the work burden is high and some of the times the instruction may be comes from the other staff in the office and need to complete the task within the same day, if you are doing some priority you will have to close both the work in same day. Job security is law
